Breaking the Chains of Doubt

The first chapter of Second Peter tells us that we are to add certain attributes to our faith. If we diligently allow these attributes to be developed within us, they will produce godly character. If we do not allow these to be added to our faith, doubt and unbelief will be strengthened within us. If we become entangled with the chains of doubt, we will be hindered and lose sight of our destiny because of compromise and indulgence.

Arise and Build the Lord's House

The book of Haggai reveals some important principles that apply during this present season of revival and restoration. The prophetic word that came through Haggai was pivotal for the rebuilding the house of the Lord and to prepare the people for a divine visitation.

We can learn much from the principles contained in this short book. Although it is a “minor” prophetic book, the lessons it contains are major in significance for the present-day church.

Who Do You Say That I Am?

Jesus asked His disciples this compelling question: “Who do you say that I am?” He is still asking the same question of us today. Our answer to that probing question will determine the level of our practical relationship with Him. Jesus can be no more to us than what we see Him to be. Do you know Him as your saviour, counsellor, and friend, or is He just a historic figure?

Agape Love

Four levels of agape love are revealed in scripture, beginning with first love. This message examines these four levels, which are likened to espousal love, committed love, covenant love and pure love. Each level of love is a deeper aspect of relationship with the Lord and requires a greater degree of commitment to Him. What level of relationship do you have with the Lord? Do you love Him for what He can provide for you, or do you love Him for Who He is?
